 I send all of you greetings with this explosion of beauty.
This is my beautiful village, Garganta la Olla, the landscape I see every morning when I look out of the window.
These flowers will turn into rich cherries - I will keep you informed of the process! And of course you are invited to taste the final product.

There was an interesting exhibition of fossils by José (Estevez) on the 17th of April in Gonzalo Korreas Secondary School. It was a treat, and he told us in great detail all about the items he was showing.

Today I have been thinking about you all and hope you are not too tired after a late night.Thank you all very, very much for having made our last session so special and for the chance to spend some time with you afterwards. I loved the food, the conversation, your faces around the table and I hope that Begoña and Inma will post better photos than I took! Thank you for taking such care of me. I was overwhelmed again to receive presents, and such lovely ones - as always, so thoughtful - and here is a picture of them, together with the beautiful fossil-stone tray and tub from last year. Thank you, y muchos besos xxxxx

Ending ... and beginning

Today is the last day of our class and I want to thank you all for the time we have spent together. This blog can be a way to stay connected - to share thoughts and ideas in English, and to help one another on the journey ahead!
